Like You Stole It

Tonight I took a Body Combat class at the gym and it kicked my booty! In a good I-just-sweat-off-5-lbs-and-can-kick-your-ass sort of way. However, I somehow always seem to pull my back! It’s like how I threw my back out at Zumba the other week.
I just like to shake my butt and punch things a little too hard I guess.
